Our Founder

Karthik Lakshmanan is a well qualified Counseling Psychologist and Psycho-Oncologist with 14 years of experience as a practitioner. He has worked as Senior Counselor in IIT-Madras for 5 years. He was an affiliate counselor to Workplace Options – an Employee Assistance Provider to Corporates in which he provided counseling for the employees on relationship and career issues.

In Chennai Counseling Services, he counsels clients and supervises his team providing relationship / marital / family counseling, career guidance, quit smoking therapy, stress / depression / anxiety counseling. He also facilitates training programmes for those who aspire to become counselors.
