We started this venture BookConsult.in as a unit of CCS out of a personal pain of experimenting many Appointment Booking Platforms in the market as a Beginner. This will help beginners in the profession set up their private practice. It provides a platform to book appointment online for the clients and avail counseling services either online or offline/in-person. This is open only for CCS Alumni who have completed our PG Diploma Course.

Profile Creation Fee: INR 1180/- (1000+18% GST)
1 Year Membership Fee: INR 2950/- (2,500 + 18% GST) for a year which includes Free 12 Supervision Meetings.

1. Why should I join bookconsult.in?
  1. Your clients can book appointment by making the payment anytime without contacting you instantly. It usually takes 3 minutes only. You can avoid the following scenarios:
    • Usually clients ask for appointment process when they feel low and then they never come back or they take longer period of time to come back. Then all your efforts of giving all the details go waste.
    • If  you ask them to do advance payment, they may think whether you are really credible to make advance payment.
    • If they want to make payment in advance through Gpay, you need to give your gpay number they will send a hello message, you need to respond or they will send 1 Re and check with you whether you have received it. Sometimes your bank server will be down and the client cannot make payment and you will end up giving appointment without getting the payment and the client may not come for the session
    • Getting money in advance makes the client committed to come for counseling. He/She cannot cancel and cannot ask for refund as per our refund and cancellation policy which they would agree at the time of booking appointment.

2. What is the process after registration in bookconsult.in? Can we fix our own fee and Timings?

After registration, you will be added to a separate WhatsApp group for further updates on Profile creation and orientation meeting, will be sent an excel sheet to get all your details such as Profile (100 words), Photo (optional), Udyam Registration Number (optional), Educational Qualifications (Only 3) Phone Number, E-Mail id, Google Location (optional if you don’t do in person sessions), Fee for each services (Max 3) etc. and you will have to fill them up and send to us back.

Based on the information you give, a webpage will be created. You will be given a profile webpage link which you can share with your prospective clients, username and password for backend to set your own slot timings, block certain days if you don’t work and set custom schedule for certain days. We will give you an orientation through Google Meet on how to use the backend and share a help document and workflow document that will guide you further.

3. When will we get the settlement of money for our appointments?

Right now, the settlement will take place in the next month between 1st and 5th to your bank account or or UPI id.

4. I don’t have a practice that big enough to get into a platform like this. Will you bring me new clients through this platform?

BookConsult.in is primarily aimed at giving the platform for your clients to book appointments. However when you share your bookconsult.in appointment link in your google business profile and have good google reviews, you may get direct appointments from new clients of your neighborhood. When you share your BookConsult.in profile to all your WhatsApp contacts and social media, they would see you as a real professional in private practice and refer clients. (Otherwise you may be seen as a freelancer doing counselling in your free time). Moreover we help you to get more Google Reviews by automatic mails sent to your clients after each session.

5. Should I be having a commercial physical space to join bookconsult.in?

No. We take the counselors who have only online counselling practice also. You may initially take clients online and when you set up your own space for counselling, you may add the in-person counseling service later.

6. What is the pricing?

For every appointment: INR 200 + 2% of the fee collected will be taken.
Open to CCS Academy Alumni Only:
Joining Charge: INR 2,500/- + 18% GST for a year (includes 12 Supervision Meetings. Otherwise you will be paying 250 + 18% GST for each meeting).

7. If we want to get out of bookconsult.in, what is the process?

Please do not renew the membership in the next year.

8. How clients will book appointments?

You will share your profile link such as bookconsult.in/raja and clients will press Book Appointment Button in your profile page, choose one from the available slots, give their contact details and make payment. Both you and client will get confirmation e-mail for the appointment.

9. What are the documents required to join bookconsult.in?

If you are a CCS Alumni, no document is required.
If you have Udyam Registration number, it will be good. If you want to take it, please contact Futuron Consultancy Services @ +91 95979 21311/Futuron.in. It would cost 1000 INR. You will have to give your Aadhar, PAN and Bank Account details for getting Udyam registration.

10. Can clients cancel or reschedule the appointments?

No, Clients cannot cancel or reschedule the appointments as they will not be given any access to the backend. Only they can request the consultant. If the consultant is ok, he/she can cancel and provide refund or reschedule in the backend. For Refund, counselor has to inform the admin manager.

11. What are the details that we can change?

You can change your timings, your client’s details and you can reschedule or cancel the session. You can add notes of the session in the backend for your reference.
If you want to change the fee, location, name, photo, phone number, email id, languages known and to add a new service, you need to inform the admin manager. Changes in the profile each time costs INR 100/-
