Important Note: For all the clients full history may not be available. Whatever we have collected from the clients will only be given. In practice based on whatever client gives in the few sessions, we do counseling. We don’t collect history like given in your text books. Clients don’t come for many sessions to collect such an elaborate history in Indian Context
