It is highly subjective. If you had lost in touch with the subject or you are very new to the subject, perhaps it requires some time for preparation so that you can grasp the skills easily. We understand you do not have time and keep running. In the live training, the facilitator would not disturb you to answer his questions and will not ask you to do counselling sessions. You can be an observer during the class and when you find time, you may prepare and improve your skills.Â
It is better you join our 1 year course as there will be more time for you to go through the material, videos and prepare for skill development.
