For our PG Diploma Course: Certificate will be sent via WhatsApp in PDF Format within 3 business days from the last day of the training. Participants should download it right away and transfer it to their mail or Google Drive or Dropbox as WhatsApp will not keep it forever if not downloaded. Our certificates will have CCS registration number. For our PG Diploma course, it will state the number of hours of theoretical and practical training in psychological counselling. Approval Details of International Association of Therapists and Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India will be given in the Certificate.

You can go to any Photocopy shop and give the PDF file of the E-Certificate. Please mention you want the colour print in certificate sheet. It would cost around 30 INR.Â
In case you are doing it for your academic requirement of IGNOU or some other college or university, you should share the format given by your institution. We will provide the internship certificate in the format under our letter head after reviewing the internship report as per your academic requirements such as 10 case studies. Internship report should be submitted within 30 days from the viva date. If you miss the certificate or you wanted some change in the certificate due to your mistake during the registration, you will have to pay the certificate processing fee of Rs. 200 and get it again.Â
The reasons behind why we do not send certificates by courier are as follows 1. In spite of our safe packaging, many of them were damaged during the transits 2. Due to short staffing of courier companies in the rural areas, delivery was very much delayed and participants panicked. 3. Some of them went missing either in the transportation or after reaching the participant.
For GLOCAL UNIVERSITY Advanced Skill Diploma Course: Certificate will be prepared by GLOCAL UNIVERSITY, it will take about 2 months to receive the certificate after the final exam results declaration. The certificates will be received by us. A graduation ceremony will happen and the certificate will be distributed. Those who cannot attend the ceremony can send someone to get it on behalf of them or we may send by courier.
