There are scenarios where we have told people that seat is not available and they could not join. If anyone cancels at the last minute, we will not be able to fill up that seat as the enquired people would have planned something else for the dates. So it will be a loss for us. That is why we give the option to bring in another eligible participant by the candidate who requested cancellation so that he can get the full money from that new participant.
